Create Space Terms of Use

Create Space is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Create Space is a membership-based community designed to facilitate meaningful connections, conversations, and experiences among women business owners, founders, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

Create Space does not guarantee business results, friendships, partnerships, clients, referrals, collaborations, or specific outcomes from participation in the Platform or events.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Create Space to charge your selected payment method according to the membership plan you choose.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Create Space reserves the right to modify pricing, membership benefits, or subscription plans at any time with reasonable notice.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Event availability is limited and participation is not guaranteed. Create Space reserves the right to:

• Modify event locations, dates, times, or formats.
• Cancel or reschedule events.
• Refuse attendance to any participant for safety or policy violations.

Members are responsible for their own transportation, expenses, and personal conduct during events.

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, members agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Engage in hate speech or abusive conduct.
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform primarily for spam or unsolicited sales.
• Misrepresent their identity or business.
• Violate any applicable law.

Create Space reserves the right to investigate violations and remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships without refund.

Create Space provides opportunities for members to connect but does not conduct background checks on members and cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, intentions, or actions of any participant.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. You agree to exercise good judgment and personal responsibility when participating in community activities.

Members may submit profile information, photographs, comments, messages, event feedback, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Create Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

By attending Create Space events, you acknowledge that photos, videos, and recordings may be taken.

Unless you notify Create Space in writing before an event, you grant Create Space permission to use your image, likeness, and event participation in promotional materials, social media content, marketing campaigns, and future communications.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Create Space name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, designs, and platform features are owned by Create Space and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available." Create Space makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability of the Platform.
• Accuracy of content.
• Event attendance.
• Member compatibility.
• Business outcomes.
• Networking results.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create Space, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the Platform.
• Attendance at events.
• Interactions with members.
• Business decisions made based on community participation.
• Personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from attendance at events.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Create Space and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your conduct toward other members.

Create Space may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community. No refund shall be provided for terminated accounts.

Create Space may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
